Picklemate L1 Training (4-Week Program)
You will get paired up with a drill partner for the 4-Week Program. The goal is to practice and drill as much as you can with your Picklemate in preparation for the Picklemates Tournament on the 4th Week. 

You will receive emails each week that include clear instructions and the best videos for pickleball drills.

Pickleball Drills will include:
Serves, Returns, Drops 
Dinks, Speedups, Resets, Volleys
Lobs, Overheads, Transitioning 
Strategies and more ways to get better
